For over 20 years Amanda has worked with clients in the corporate sector including working at board level with multi-nationals, medium sized businesses and start-ups, saving tax dollars and improving their bottom line. Amanda specialises in corporate tax, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
Amanda has worked with businesses across a number of sectors including technology, resources, agriculture and manufacturing. She has been involved with and invested in start-ups including online male grooming and in licensed retail. For a number of years Amanda was privileged to head up a fantastic group of tax professionals at a mid-tier tax group. She have also served on the Committee for a substantial not-for-profit WA sporting club.
Amanda is an active member of the Institute of Tax on their Membership Committee and International Tax sub-committee, and also current Chair of Women in Tax (WA).
Rafael is an experienced chief financial officer and an accredited advisor. A qualified accountant with a MBA and a graduate of the AICD, he combines strategic insight with strong technical financial knowledge to help businesses of all sizes become more profitable - often engaging as a 'virtual CFO', M&A / integration advisor or on an advisory board. Rafael was a 40under40 winner in 2020.

Rafael has worked globally across a number of industries, including healthcare, fintech, banking, television, agriculture, media and education, and serves on the board of various private companies and NFPs, including StartupWA, Perth Angels, Techboard and ADHD Australia.

A tech entrepreneur, angel investor and venture partner, Rafael writes on topics relevant to startups and SMEs, and advises companies on topics ranging from investor readiness to crowdfunding. He has been a mentor/judge on programs including CSIRO's ON accelerator, Founder Institute, Plus Eight, Curtin Ignition and Inspiring Rare Birds.
Simon offers over 25 years of legal, commercial and corporate experience in emerging and developing businesses.
From start-up to IPO and beyond, he has engaged not only as a legal and corporate advisor but as a founder, executive, mentor and director.
He provides documentation and advisory services tailored to each client’s requirements including management and execution of all commercial transactions, IP strategy and exploitation, capital markets, M&A and ‘exit management’, strategic advice and mentoring. Simon's experience spans multiple industries, including technology, financial services, agriculture, pharma, health and biotech, renewable energy, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing.
Simon is passionate about developing creativity whether contributing time to the earliest stage ventures, incubators and other groups supporting the start-up ecosystem, as the Chair of Ausdance WA or by assisting clients to realise their potential.
CA qualified with extensive ‘Big 4’ experience, Katya has built a wealth of knowledge working with inbound/outbound expatriates, internationally mobile employees and high net worth individuals, with a focus on tax consulting to solve problems and identify opportunities. She has worked across various industries including mining, oil and gas and construction.
At a corporate level, Katya often works closely with employers alongside their in-house human resources and tax management, to ensure individual and corporate tax advice is seamless and obligations are well managed to achieve the best outcomes for the business and the executive.
On a more personal level, Katya is an advocate for diversity in the workplace - recently becoming a mother - and encourages and supports a number of initiatives which assist new mothers transitioning from maternity leave back into the workforce.
